Read the rules before reporting PvP, trade, or chat issues. Staff need clear proof before action can be taken.

For account access, download issues, donations, rewards, or stuck characters, open a ticket or contact staff through Discord.

If you cannot log in, use the contact page or Discord support channel and include your account name only. Do not share passwords.
