THE FOLLOWING ARE THE BASIC RULES OF CONDUCT THAT GOVERN PLAYER INTERACTION AND ACTIVITY WITHIN THE GAME, ON THE FORUMS AND WEBSITE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY ACCOUNT LOCKING AND MAY ULTIMATELY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT A REFUND OF ANY KIND.

Golden Rules 1-5

1. English is the only language used in trade chat and mind how much Caps you use.
2. Offensive character names will not be tolerated if you are found to have one it will be made generic, no excuses.
3. Disrespecting, bullying, making fun off or threatening anyone in any form will not be tolerated. [Staff Disrespect will not be Tolerated and will result in a 24 jail/Ban]
4. We kindly ask you to keep the swearing/cussing in public chats to a minimum, warnings will be delivered and actions against overuse of profanities will be taken.
5. Advertisement of other Shaiya servers not associated with MPG in any form will not be tolerated.

Staff VS Players Rules

6. You will follow the instructions of our staff while in game.
7. Impersonating Staff Members will not be tolerated.

Overall Game Rules

8. Stat-padding is not allowed.
9. Skill-Cutting/Jump-Cutting is not allowed.
10. Kill stealing (KS): Repeatedly trying to steal the drops from someone that is farming in the area is not allowed. If the mobs are pulled by someone else, you are not allowed to attack them. Spots can’t be claimed, only pulls. If someone is Ksing you take a SS and send to a staff member or in a ticket. Proof is always needed!
11. Defamation: Repeatedly reporting a certain player in purpose of harassing them is not allowed.
12. Drama Creation: Do not make drama in trade chat such as extensive QQ about happenings or heckle/encourage others to heckle (make fun of) a certain player or staff member.
13. Accusing other players of having something illegal or edited stats send a TICKET to admin about it and do NOT take it up in game!
14. Real life trading: Selling or buying in game items, gold or ACCOUNTS for real money / virtual currency / goods or accounts in other games will get both, buyer and seller banned.
15. Item/account stealing. Getting into other player’s ACCOUNT and stealing his/her items, gold or ACCOUNT will not be tolerated. Asking for account or personal details (such as password) is not allowed, Staff will NEVER ask for your password. Buying or selling accounts with Gold is not allowed!
16. Scamming. Quickly removing your items from a trade and accepting afterwards, or any other way to scam players will not be tolerated.
17. Spawn Killing is not allowed.[Killing Behind the Guards is not Allowed] This does not include if you login/summoned/moved in the middle of the map!
18. Kicking players from a raid is against the rules if you havent got a good reason (Staff will investigate the issue and decide whether the action taken was just.) Sub Rule. [Spying on the other faction will result in a perm banned on all accounts ]

Client Rules

19. Modifying the game client in anyway is not tolerated [This Includes All Forms of Dual Boxing]
20. The use of third party programs will not be tolerated.
21. Illegal links will not be tolerated as well as illegal enchants (such as capes)

Hollow Shaiya Rules

22. You may not hold Hollow shaiya responsible for any information that is passed between players. Hollow shaiya does not guarantee the safe keeping of information that is passed between players and will not be held responsible for any resulting losses or consequences arising from the improper use of said information.
23. You may not hold Hollow shaiya responsible for any In Game feature loss that was not purchased through legal means. Hollow shaiya does not guarantee the availability of any In Game Items, any Services or any Levels to players.
24. You may not hold Hollow shaiya responsible for any loss of usage or data experienced as a result of server maintenance or other server down times such as restarts or crashes.
25. All in game items and accounts are the property of Hollow shaiya. No sale/exchange of said items is allowed accept as authorized by Hollow shaiya. Even if a RULE is not posted here follow it if it makes sense! We do believe you are capable of using your brain. If you are unsure ask staff for guidance. The Bottom Line Addition Rule
26. All Boss Raid need To be Called in Trade Chat it is a Must!
27. Boss Needs to be called in TC before starting the Boss Also , When the Boss reaches 50% in hp Announced in Trade the boss is at 50% and the raid will be locked when the boss reach 20%.[After Boss is Kill Raid must be Reopened]
28. Guild are Welcome to have there Own Raid But they must follow all Rules a Public Raid has to.
29. There can only be one Raid For bosses If there is a [GS] Present they need to have the raid lead or Sub Lead no exceptions.
30. There is no Remaking a Raid In the Middle of a Boss raid If anyone is caught doing such it will be a 24 hour ban to the account that is trying to make the new raid this included Any Guild that thinks they can remake a Raid in order to gain control As Stated in Rule 29. if a [GS] is present they should the lead of the raid or Sub Lead.
31. Toxic behaviors will not be tolerated. Will result in 24 hour ban first offense after that it's at staff choice on the ban after.

JUST BECAUSE SOMETHING IS NOT IN THE RULES DOES NOT MEAN THAT IT WILL BE TOLERATED OR THAT IT IS OK TO DO. WHEN IN DOUBT, ASK A [GS] OR [GM].
